Thank you

Dear Parent/Carers

Thank you again for your support over the last two (very strange) weeks. It has been quite an upheaval and difficult for all concerned, but thank you again for the support you have shown. We have made it to the Easter holidays.

Please be aware that the office will only be manned during school hours on the Tuesday and Wednesday of the first and second week. We will not be setting any 'school work' over these two weeks as you and your children rightly deserve a rest. However, there will be a folder going into the 'downloads' section of the website containing some fun activities you may want to complete.

Thank you for those of you who are regularly accessing Google Classroom and completing the given work. The teachers are working very hard to ensure the work is ready and appropriate for your children. Unfortunately, there are still a significant proportion of parents/children that have not completed any of the work, or even logged in at all. Please ensure you log into the classroom over Easter to ensure you are ready to access and complete the work set for your children, from Monday 20th April (start of Summer Term).

We thank all those enthusiastic parents who are really 'getting into' Google Classroom, but I would like to remind you that you yourselves should not be commenting on the class page, only your children. This is not particularly appropriate. You can of course email your teacher via your child's Gmail account, as this is a private conversation, if you want to discuss any issues.

Thank you again for your support and stay safe.

Regards,

The Tweeddale Team
